The log

What is noted, visit by visit

Four visits, about three weeks apart. The notes are a record of what we saw. None of them is a promise about your skin.

  1. 75 min

    The baseline

You talk through your routine and how your skin behaves, we look at it under the lamp, and a first deep-cleansing facial follows. The log opens with a plain description of where you break out and what you use now.

    • What you use now, in what order

    • Where and when you break out

    • How your skin took the visit

  2. 60 min

    What changed

A deep-cleansing facial with extractions where your skin allows. The note records what is different since visit one: products you changed, habits you kept, anything you skipped.

    • What you changed at home

    • What you skipped or added

    • How your skin took the extractions

  3. 60 min

    What we adjusted

We read the first two notes and change one thing: a calmer mask, shorter extractions, an LED add-on. The note says which, why, and how your skin took it. Changing one thing at a time is how you can tell what made a difference.

    • The one thing we changed, and why

    • How your skin took it

    • Anything you would rather not repeat

  4. 60 min

    The look back

You and your esthetician read all four notes together and decide what comes next: a monthly visit, a longer gap or a pause. If a pattern in the notes is one a dermatologist should see, we say so and write it down.

    • All four notes, side by side

    • What comes next, and when

    • Whether to ask a dermatologist

About the log

Questions about the log

01Do I have to book all four at once?

You book the log together so the visits stay about three weeks apart. A deposit holds it, and the booking page shows how.

02What if I miss a visit?

Give 24 hours' notice and the visit moves; it keeps its place in your log. A visit missed without notice is a missed appointment under the policies.

03Will my skin look different after four visits?

Results vary, and we don't promise one. We write down what we see at each visit, and at the fourth you read all the notes together.

04What if the notes don't change?

We say so, and suggest a dermatologist or your doctor as the next person to ask.
