Questions before you book

You start with a consultation: your routine, what you use and how your skin behaves. We look at your skin under a lamp and write down what we notice. If you booked the first visit with a facial, the facial follows, shaped by what you told us. Plan on 75 minutes.

The consultation alone is 30 minutes. A deep-cleansing facial is 60, a calming facial 45 and an express cleanse 30. Every service on the menu lists its own time.

In the four-visit log, about every three weeks. After that, some clients come monthly and some every few months. At your fourth visit we set the pace with you and write it down.

Yes, once, before your first facial and before any log. It is how we learn your skin and your routine. If you come back after a long break, we start with a short check-in.

Yes. Tell us when you book. We may suggest a calmer visit or another day, and we will tell you why.

Yes. Services here are named for what they do, and every one is the same for everyone who books it. If you shave, tell us on the day and we plan around it.

At booking we tell you what to pause, such as products that exfoliate, and what to bring. After the visit we go over your home routine and what to avoid for a day or two. Our guidance is general, and we confirm it with you.

If you are pregnant or might be, use a prescription skin medicine, or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book. Tell us at booking so we can plan the visit around it.

When something is outside what a facial does: a spot that is changing, breakouts that are deep or painful, skin that is hot or swollen, or notes that look the same visit after visit. We say so at the visit and write down why. We don't diagnose.

Prices aren't printed on this site. They depend on the service, its length and any add-ons, and the booking page shows them when you choose a service, before you confirm.
