Getting ready
We tell you at booking what to pause and what to bring. Come with your skin as it is; don't pick at it beforehand.
For a day or two, go gently: no exfoliating products, and sunscreen outside. We go over your routine before you leave.
If you are pregnant or might be, use a prescription skin medicine, or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask before you book.
Who does it
Lead esthetician
Aimee is the studio's lead esthetician. She opens every client's log herself and reads it back to you at the fourth visit. She asks before she acts, and changes one thing at a time. Tuesday to Friday.
Esthetician
Yaneli does consultations, deep-cleansing facials and the quieter calming facial, and she writes her notes in the same plain words Aimee does, so your log reads the same whoever you see. Wednesday to Saturday.
