Our policies

What to expect before you book, in plain words.

Booking and deposits

Book online at any hour, or call. The first visit and the four-visit log take a deposit to hold your time, and it goes toward your service. We confirm by text or email, whichever you choose.

Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. A visit moved in time keeps its place in your log. Arriving late may shorten your visit, because the time after yours is held for someone else.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without telling us, the deposit is kept. We are glad to rebook you, and we ask for a deposit again on the next visit.

Children and companions

We see clients 18 and older. Please come on your own: the room is small and we work close to your face. A friend or partner is welcome to wait in the lobby.

Patch tests and allergies

We try a new product on a small area first and wait before using it on your whole face. Tell us about sensitivities at booking. Reactions can happen with any skin product; if one does, tell us and we change the plan.

Redos and refunds

If a visit didn't go the way you expected, tell us within a week and we will look at it together. We adjust the plan at your next visit.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, in the studio or on the booking page.

Before your visit

At booking we tell you what to pause, such as products that exfoliate, and what to bring. The booking page asks the rest. Come with your skin as it is; please don't pick at it beforehand.

When to ask your doctor first

If you are pregnant or might be, use a prescription skin medicine, or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book. Tell us at booking so we can plan the visit around it.

Book a consultation

Choose a time on the booking page, or send a message and we will reply by text or email.
