Your first visit

What happens, in order

Plan on 75 minutes: 30 for the consultation and a 45-minute facial.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Book a first visit on the booking page, or call. The consultation comes first, as its own visit or as the first half of this one. A deposit holds the time.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Bring or photograph what you use at home, including cleanser and sunscreen. Tell us what you would rather avoid.

    • Products, or photos of them

    • A list of what you've tried

    • Questions for us

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Park in the lot behind the building and use the side door to Suite 110, on the ground floor. Arrive five minutes early. We meet you at the door, and you talk before anyone lies down.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

A consultation, a look under the lamp, then cleansing, steam, extractions where your skin allows and a mask. We write the first line of your log as you rest. You can ask us to stop at any point.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Afterward

We go over your routine and what to avoid for a day or two, and give you a copy of the note. Book the next visit at the front desk or online, about three weeks out.

The studio

Suite 110, on the ground floor
